How ordering works

Ordering

  1. Sign in to the Intro10 app, or to intro10.com/app on the web. Intro10 is for adults 18 and older.
  2. Open the Merch tab, pick a size and color, and add items to your cart.
  3. Enter your shipping address and pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page.

All prices are in US dollars. Card details go straight to Stripe; Intro10 never sees or stores them.

Shipping and returns

We ship to addresses in the United States. There's no separate shipping charge: the price you see is what you pay.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn and unwashed; you pay return shipping. To start a return or ask about an order, email admin@intro10.com.
