Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Intro10 ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Go77 Technology LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers the Intro10 apps for iPhone and Android and the Intro10 website.
Who can use Intro10
Intro10 is for adults 18 and older in the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and the service providers listed below.
Information you give us
- Account: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Profile: first name, birthdate, gender, phone number, bio, height, eye color, body type, education, drinking and smoking habits, children, interests, city and ZIP code, your age-range preference, and your intro video.
- Sensitive details, only if you choose to share them and agree: your religion and political views. You can always choose "Prefer not to say."
- Health details, only if you choose to share them and agree: allergies. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
- Requests and reports: change requests you submit (to your name, birthdate, location, phone number, or height) and the reasons you give, and reports you file about other members.
- Events: events you create and events you RSVP to.
- Date ideas: date ideas you share on the Matches tab, including any photo you add. Other members see them without your name.
- Merch orders: the items you buy and the shipping name, address, and phone number you enter. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Messages to us: anything you send to admin@intro10.com or through Send feedback in the app. Feedback is read by our team along with your name and email so we can follow up.
- Removal requests: if you ask us to remove an intimate image or video (you don't need an account), we keep your name, email, optional phone number, signature, and what you tell us about the content, so we can act on it, reply to you, and keep a record of what we did.
Information collected as you use Intro10
- Activity: who you like, pass on, match with, block, or report, and which ads were shown to your account and whether you tapped them (so we can count ad results and avoid showing you the same ad too often).
- What you tend to like: as you like profiles, we learn which traits you tend to be drawn to (for example, education or interests) to rank your suggestions. Religion and political views are only part of this for members who agreed to share them.
- Location for Events: if you allow location access, the app uses your device's current location when you open the Events tab, to find events near you. It's sent to our server with that search but not saved. To show your town's name, the app looks up your location using your phone's built-in map service (Apple or Google) or, on the website, OpenStreetMap. We never track your location in the background.
- Device and technical data: your IP address (used to protect accounts from spam, bots, and password-guessing), basic request logs kept by our hosting provider, and a push notification token if you allow notifications.
- Game scores: your best score in each mini game is saved to your account, so it's the same on every device you sign in on.
- On the website: your login and your game progress are saved in your own browser's storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sensitive information and your consent
Religion and political views are considered sensitive information under several state privacy laws, and allergies are health information. Sharing any of them is optional.
We only save, show, or use them after you check the consent box next to them. We use religion and political views to show on your profile and to help suggest compatible matches. We use allergies only to show on your profile.
You can withdraw your consent anytime in your profile: choose "Prefer not to say" for religion and political views, or clear your allergies. We delete that information right away and stop using it.
How we use your information
- To create your account, show your profile to compatible members within your area and age range, and suggest profiles to you.
- To share your phone number with a match. It's shared only after you both like each other, never before.
- To show you events near you and let you create and RSVP to events.
- To send you notifications about matches and your requests, occasional announcements from Intro10 (for example, a local singles event), and emails such as password resets.
- To process merch orders and payments.
- To keep Intro10 safe: reviewing intro videos, names, and change requests; handling reports; banning accounts that break our Terms; and stopping banned people from signing up again.
- To show ads from local businesses, sometimes only to members in a general area based on the ZIP code on your profile, and to measure how those ads perform.
- To follow the law and protect our rights and the safety of members and others.
AI review and automated decisions
Some checks are made automatically, with help from Anthropic's Claude AI:
- Intro videos: our own servers transcribe your video's audio to check that you say "this is me." Still frames from the video and that transcript are then sent to Claude to check that the video follows our guidelines (for example, no nudity or sexual content, your full body is shown, and you appear to be an adult). Our team also watches new intro videos and may remove one that breaks our guidelines; if we do, we tell you why so you can record a new one.
- Your first name, when you first set it, is checked to make sure it looks like a real first name.
- Your bio, and events you create, are checked before they're shown, to keep out sexual content, harassment, hate, threats, scams, personal contact details, and social media promotion. Claude sees only that text, not the rest of your profile.
- Date ideas you share, and their photo, are checked before they're shown, to keep out anything illegal, dangerous, sexual, hateful or promotional, and personal contact details. Claude sees only the idea and its photo. Photos are saved again without the hidden details your camera adds, such as where the photo was taken.
- Change requests to your name, birthdate, location, phone number, or height: Claude sees only the specific request and the reason you give, not your full profile. Requests the AI can't decide go to a person on our team.
These checks don't use face recognition. We never create a face scan or any other biometric identifier from your photos or video.
If an automated decision affects you and you think it's wrong, email admin@intro10.com and a person on our team will review it.
Who we share information with
- Other members: your profile (first name, age, city, video, bio, and the details you fill in) is shown to compatible members near you. Religion, political views, and allergies are shown only if you agreed to share them. Your phone number is shown only to your matches.
- People you report: the person you report is never told who reported them.
- Service providers who help us run Intro10, only for that purpose:
- Railway (our servers and database); Cloudflare (storage for intro videos and date idea photos); Hostinger (hosting the website); Anthropic (the AI review described above); Stripe (payments); Resend (sending emails, including alerts to our team about reports and requests); Expo, Apple, and Google (delivering push notifications); Sentry (error reports: when the app, website, or our servers hit an unexpected error, a technical report of what went wrong, with your account ID but not your profile details, videos, or phone number); and OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service (turning the ZIP code, city, or place you enter, or your location on the website's Events tab, into map coordinates or a town name, without your name or account).
- Advertisers: we don't share your personal information with advertisers. They get totals only: how many times their ad was shown and tapped, and how many members saw it, never who. If you tap an ad, the advertiser's website opens, and its own privacy policy applies.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or when needed to protect someone's safety.
- If our business changes: if Intro10 or Go77 Technology LLC is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must keep protecting it as this policy describes.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. Ads on Intro10 come from local businesses. An ad may be shown only to members in a general area, based on the ZIP code on your profile, but ads are never aimed using your interests, activity, or any other profile details.
How long we keep information
- While your account exists, we keep your information so the app works for you. Deactivating your account hides it but keeps your information until you reactivate or delete it.
- When you delete your account, we delete your profile, video, likes, passes, matches, blocks, in-app alerts, change requests, events, RSVPs, date ideas (and their photos), and merch order records right away.
- For safety, we keep a small record after deletion: a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number, whether the account was banned, and the reports other members made about it. We keep it for 3 months, or 1 year if the account was banned, then delete it automatically. During that time, a banned person's email and phone number can't be used to create a new account.
- Reports you filed about other members are kept after you delete your account, without your name attached, because they're about the other person's conduct.
- Ad view and tap counts are kept as anonymous totals for advertisers, no longer linked to you.
- Stripe keeps its own records of payments as required by law.
- Error reports are deleted automatically within 90 days.
- Our hosting provider's logs and backups may keep information for a short period before they're overwritten.
Your rights and choices
- See and update your information: most of it is in your profile. Your name, birthdate, location, phone number, and height can be changed with a request in the app.
- Get a copy of your information: email admin@intro10.com from your account's email address.
- Delete your account and information: anytime in Settings. It takes effect immediately.
- Withdraw consent: for religion, political views, or allergies, as described above. For location or notifications, turn them off in your device settings.
- Pause your account: deactivate it in Settings.
We answer requests within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account's email address so no one else can get your information. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing admin@intro10.com with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal." If you're not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you can contact your state's attorney general.
Security
We protect your information with password hashing, encrypted connections, access limits, and automatic protection against bots and password-guessing. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Businesses that advertise
If you apply to advertise on Intro10 at intro10.com/advertise, we collect your business name, your name, email address, phone number and website (if you give them), business ZIP code, a description of your business, your password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and the ads you submit, including their pictures. We use this to review your application and ads, run your ads, send you reports and account emails, and bill you.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe tells us only whether a payment went through and when your plan renews or ends.
We keep advertiser account information while the account is open and for as long as we need it for tax and accounting records. To close an advertiser account, email admin@intro10.com.
Children
Intro10 is only for adults 18 and older. We check age when you set up your profile and on every birthdate change, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a member is under 18, please report their profile in the app.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app.
